This highly visible role is instrumental to the organization’s success. You’ll be responsible for managing the life-cycle of recruiting talent (requisition to new hire orientation), and working closely with internal customers to understand their business needs, requisition requirements and position attributes in effort for you to recruit the best talent to Virtua. You’ll also be part of a dynamic team where it’s expected to help and do what it takes to get the job done.

This internet savvy and customer-centric candidate will be attending job fairs, sourcing databases/social networking sites, cold calling, relationship marketing, etc. Minimum Requirements include: Bachelor’s degree, two years recruiting experience, excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications skills, PC proficiency (PeopleSoft preferred), sales/account management skills. Experience recruiting for clinical and non-clinical requisitions required. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively are essential.
