<title><![CDATA[Bariatric Clinical Program Coordinator - (Marlton, New Jersey)]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>Job Summary:<br/>Responsible to coordinate and assist in obtaining and maintaining program certification. Coach each patient though all aspects of the surgical process. Coordinate clinical activities related to bariatric program in conjunction to providing effective staff relationship. Coordinate staff involved program activities and develop policies and procedures consistent with program objectives required by Center of Excellence and American Society of Bariatric Surgeons/ Surgical Review Corporation.<br/><br/>Job Responsibilities:<br/>Responsible for assisting in the planning, development and implementation of goals and objectives of Bariatric program or unit in conjunction with appropriate<br/>director. Assist in program objectives on a continual basis; recommend changes to existing policies and procedures as appropriate.<br/>Compile and maintain records, reports and documentation of program and/or unit<br/>Implement and provide effective communication between ancillary departments and physicians, nursing personnel and other health care professionals regarding program and/or unit policies and procedures. Plan and conduct meetings with staff members involved in program activities to ensure compliance with established practices and keep employees abreast of current standards;<br/>develop, in conjunction with others, appropriate training and employee orientation programs.<br/><br/>Assist with the development staff educational &amp; competency program.<br/><br/>Participate in support group and other patient activities. Assist the Director promoting Virtua&#x2019;s Bariatric Program., community or professional presentations, to both internal and external customers.<br/><br/>Ensures Coordination of multidisciplinary team in care of patient with optimal patient satisfaction and outcomes. <description><![CDATA[<p>Job Summary:<br/>The Certified Athletic Trainer functions as an integral part of the Virtua Sports Medicine team and will serve as an extension of the Virtua system in a community setting. The Certified Athletic Trainer will be charged with coordinating care of the athlete by acting as the first responder, triaging appropriately and providing follow up care as directed by the supervising physician.
