<title><![CDATA[Manager Accounts Payable - (Marlton, New Jersey)]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[Summary:<br/>Manages and coordinates the daily activities of the Accounts Payable department involving invoice processing and system balancing, as well as overseeing all AP Assistants.  Handles all vendor issues and concerns not solved by AP Assistants. Maintains the needed liaison with materials management, operating departments, and IS to ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices and the recording of liabilities. <br/><br/>Position Responsibilities:<br/>Provides leadership and day to day direction for the AP department.  Effectively utilizes staff to perform at optimal levels.  Organizes and directs accounts payable in performing the invoice matching/ three way match process.<br/><br/>Reviews invoice productivity, policies and procedures to ensure efficient processing and adequate controls in al AP operations and system procedures.  Reviews the daily and monthly system balancing.<br/><br/>Manages the process for the completion of all financial reporting to regulatory agencies such as 1099 process <br/><br/>Manages the coordination of the internal audits and compliance audits that involve accounts payable, such as the disbursement and medical directorship audits.<br/><br/>Implements new systems and upgrades related to Accounts Payable and assists in matters as they relate to financial operations.  Participates in ongoing system teams. <br/><br/><br/>Position Qualifications Required<br/>Experience Required:<br/>Five years accounts payable experience required with three years of supervisory experience preferred. Must have a thorough knowledge of accounts payable and accounting policies and procedures as well as familiarity with computerized Accounts Payable systems records and reports.  Must have good communications skills and the ability to work well with others.<br/><br/><br/>Required Education:<br/>BS in Business, Accounting or related field desired or equivalent AP experience.
