We are currently in need of a Business Analyst/Systems Analyst on the Clinical Applications Team. We need someone who is a pro-active, solutions-oriented, critical thinker as this role is instrumental to the organization’s success.

Analyst will be in charge of Unit and integrated testing of solutions prior to production implementation. Must be detail oriented and show the ability to gather accurate requirements to build and implement test plans. Will use knowledge of Clinical Applications, Interfaces, Reports and Document Storage to ensure downstream effects are clearly outlined and tested.

Responsibilities:

· Interface with customers to Test new and modified clinical applications

· Writing test plans and thoroughly tests and validates data/outcomes

· Point of entry for requests, problems and support for applications

· Lead application research and analysis for design decisions

· Actively participates in Six Sigma, Workout and LEAN events

Qualifications:

· 4 years experience in Information Services or related business area

· Experience with Clinical Information Systems

· Excellent facilitation and communication skills required

· BA/BS in Information Systems strongly preferred
